The Crossing Lodge is a hostless lodge, meaning you will receive all required information before your arrival once full payment has been processed, and you will self check in on arrival. Any additional information needed will be available onsite when you get there or can be obtained online. Please read any information provided to you to ensure your are properly prepared for your stay.
These Terms and Conditions will not be overridden by any verbal communications. Any variance to these Terms and Conditions is strictly at the discretion of management. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Breaching these terms and conditions may result in the offending person or group being asked to leave, in this instance there will be no refund.
We only take online bookings.
All availability shown on this website is up-to-date and accurate, other booking channels may not be so we encourage you to book directly on this website where possible.
Your nominated credit card will be charged in full 7 days prior to arrival. If this transaction declines for any reason you will be contacted by email with instructions. If we are not able to successfully complete the transaction within 24 hours the booking will be cancelled.
Where a Promotion includes Non-Refundable Terms, full payment may be taken upon receipt of reservation.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid delays in communication.
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to Promotions offered, as described in the Promotional media. Use of any Promotional Codes implies acceptance of those additional Terms and Conditions. eg minimum night stays, non-refundable terms, etc. Where a Promotion includes Non-Refundable Terms, full payment may be taken upon receipt of reservation.
You will receive a confirmation email verifying your booking details, please check them carefully and advise us immediately if they are not correct. You should have your confirmation email within 24 hours of making your booking. If you have not received a confirmation in this time please first check your junk or spam folder, then send us a message through the contact us page.
Cancellations, Postponements & Alterations
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival via the Check My Booking tool or by email notification, after then the booking is non-refundable.
Late cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will not receive a refunded. A No Show will be treated the same as a late cancellation.
Postponements & Alterations can be made up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability, seasonal rates will apply, alterations or postponements after 5 days is strictly at the discretion of management.
Please remember we are not responsible for the weather or your change of plans or circumstances.
We offer no guarantees as to the availability of the activities in the area or suitability of conditions for those activities for the duration of your stay and therefore cannot be held responsible or liable in any way. With these considerations the cancellation policy will stand.
The Crossing Lodge reserves the right to cancel mid week individual bookings in favor of larger group bookings should the need arise.
Upon confirmation of your booking you will be sent your Important Check-In Information. This will include details of how to find us, access to your rooms etc.
Each room has a maximum occupancy as described. Any extra persons found to be staying in a room or vehicle may be charged or asked to leave.
Keys & Bond
We do not collect a key bond, however if the key is not returned to the drop box on check out you will be charged $50.00 for the loss of the key. This fee can be refunded by returning the key to P.O. Box 63, National Park, 3948
Cleaning, Loss, Damage & Disturbance
Excess cleaning will be charged at $50/hour, loss and damage will be charged at replacement or repair cost including loss of revenue. Disturbance call out, including but not limited to Police attendance, $200 for each booking involved. Property representatives reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without refund where behavior causes disturbance or discomfort to another guest, failure to comply will be treated as trespassing.
Tampering with the alarm or any other actions resulting in a false alarm will be charged to the guest at $200 per event.
Check out time is 10am. Please make sure your room is cleared of your belongings, rubbish and dishes. Remember, once you have checked out it is not ok to come back and use the facilities later in the day, your respect of this is appreciated.
Facilities are subject to availability and may be closed without notice. Occasionally various facilities may have to be closed for maintenance. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. In these rare circumstances facilities will be restored to full function as soon as is possible.
